Development Review Team Process

Upon receiving a complete Development Plan Review or Subdivision Application, the application will be assigned a Project Manager and forwarded to the Development Review Team (DRT).

• The DRT is comprised of Staff and the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Planning Commission.
• The DRT will review the application and prepare written comments in a Staff Report.

The DRT will hold a public meeting with the Applicant to the review the DRT Staff Report and discuss the application.

• The Applicant will be directed to address comments, if any, and resubmit the application materials.

Following the Development Review Team meeting, the application will be placed on the next available Planning Commission agenda that meets public notice requirements.

• The application will be presented to the Planning Commission for their information purposes to make them aware of the proposed project.
• The applicant can choose to resubmit application materials addressing Staff's comments prior to Staff placing the item on the Planning Commission agenda.

Development Review Team Meeting Schedule

Development Review Team meetings are held every Thursday in the Benjamin M. Racusin Council Chambers.
