The Human Resources Department is responsible for providing high quality and cost-effective human resource programs and services designed to attract, retain, and develop diverse employees committed to the achievement of the Town's strategic objectives.
The Human Resources staff administers all programs and activities related to recruitment and selection, benefits administration, wellness initiatives, position classification, performance management, compensation, employee relations, training and development, and personnel policies and procedures.
