* Fees shall be waived for single family construction alterations to enlarge, alter, repair, remodel or add additions to existing structures when the value of said alteration is less than $1,000.

  • Mechanical work is not subject to this waiver.

Building permit fees are based on a comparison of the declared value of construction and the minimum value of construction as outlined Building Valuation Data as published by the International Code Council.

  • The fee is calculated using the higher of the two compared figures.
