The Town continues to monitor Hurricane Milton and we remain grateful that while we are not expected to experience the storm's full force, we should stay alert and prepared for any potential issues or damage.
The Town will continue to provide daily updates on the forecast for Hilton Head Island. Should the forecast conditions change, we will provide more frequent updates and video announcements from Town leadership.
We ask that you keep those communities, in the path of the storm, in your thoughts and prayers in the coming days and think of ways that you can help through donations, supply drives, and non-profit organizations who will have boots on the ground.
Hurricane Milton has regained strength to a dangerous Category 5. Although its landfall is expected in west-central Florida, Hilton Head Island is under a Tropical Storm Watch. View Storm Updates
