Renowned hit songwriters and emerging artists will gather on Hilton Head Island next week for the 2nd Annual Hilton Head Island Jam – 2024 Songwriter Festival. With concerts running from early afternoon to late night, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Most events are free. Hosted by the Town of Hilton Head Island, this five-day event from September 18- 22 will showcase a diverse array of artists at venues across the island, including Lowcountry Celebration Park, Beach House, Big Bamboo, Lincoln & South, Liberty Oak, FISH, The Jazz Corner, and The Westin Oceans Lounge.
"We are thrilled to welcome these incredible artists to Hilton Head Island, bringing the rich sounds of country music to our beautiful community. There’s no better way to kick off the fall season than with this vibrant music festival, which highlights musical talent from around our region and reflects our partnerships with local businesses. There’s nothing like it when the island comes alive with music and celebration," said Hilton Head Island Mayor Alan Perry.
The festival boasts an impressive lineup of more than 37 acts, such as:
LOCASH will headline the first of the Town’s two free community concerts on September 20th at Lowcountry Celebration Park. This dynamic duo, formerly known as LoCash Cowboys, consists of Chris Lucas and Preston Brust. Since their formation in 2008, they’ve become known for their platinum single “I Love This Life” and gold single #1 hits “One Big Country Song” and “I Know Somebody.” With three studio albums under their belt and their music label, Galaxy Label Group, LOCASH continues to captivate audiences with their energetic performances and upcoming projects. Steele headlines the free community concert on Sept. 21st.
