Construction work to restripe all pavement markings along William Hilton Parkway on both the north and south sides, from Dillon Road to Beach City Road, will begin on October 6, 2025.
The work is scheduled to take place nightly between 9 pm and 4 am and is expected to be completed by October 18, 2025. Traffic control and construction signs will be in place to guide motorists. Pedestrians and bicyclists are also advised to exercise caution while traveling through the work area.
The restriping will involve replacing the existing worn markings with new, more visible ones, enhancing safety for all road users. For more information, please contact Stephen Barnes, Senior Project Manager, at StephenB@hiltonheadislandsc.gov.
