Town Postpones District Planning Public Meeting Due to Winter Weather

The Town of Hilton Head Island has canceled a public meeting that was planned for Thursday, January 23, at USCB Hilton Head Island due to impacts from winter weather. The Town will reschedule the meeting and announce a new date.

The drop-in style public meeting was scheduled to provide information to and gather feedback from residents and stakeholders about its Districts Planning Project, specifically the Bridge to the Beach District Plan. The information collected at district planning meetings will help create plans for areas of the Island that are not part of the 11 largest master planned communities (Hilton Head Plantation, Palmetto Hall, Port Royal, Indigo Run, Spanish Wells, Wexford, Long Cove Club, Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, Shipyard, and Sea Pines).
