The Town of Hilton Head Island is seeking input from community residents and other stakeholders on the design and construction of a new neighborhood park it plans to build on the three-acre Patterson Family tract it owns at 23 Marshland Road.
The stakeholders' meeting will be held 6 pm to 7:30 pm., Wednesday, July 13, at the Rowing and Sailing Center located in the Squire Pope Community Park, 137 Squire Pope Road. The Town will provide Spanish/English interpretation services at the meeting.
The Town has contracted with Witmer Jones Keefer, a local landscape architecture firm, to prepare conceptual plans for the proposed park. Prior to beginning the design of the park, the Town is encouraging the community to provide ideas and recommendations to contribute to the success of the project.
