Town Council to Meet In-Person Starting June 15

The Town Council of Hilton Head Island will return to in-person meetings beginning Tuesday, June 15.

This is the first time the Town Council will host meetings in the Benjamin M. Racusin Council Chambers since public access to Town Hall was closed last April due to the coronavirus public health pandemic.

Two meetings are scheduled for June 15th - a workshop at 3 pm and the regular Town Council meeting at 4 pm. The agenda and other details about the meetings will be published later this week on the Town's website at www.hiltonheadislandsc.gov.

Doors to the council chambers will open at 2 pm and seating will be limited to 80 persons including council members, town staff and the general public.

Both meetings will be broadcast via the Beaufort County Channel at https://www.beaufortcountysc.gov/the-county-channel/live.html and Spectrum channel 1304. They will not be shared on the Town's Facebook pages.
