CDBG Program Year 2022 Consolidated End-of-Year Review

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) conducted the Program Year 2022 Consolidated End-of-Year Review for the Town of Hilton Head Island Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This review assesses the Town's administration of the CDBG program for the reporting period covering July 1, 2022, through June 30, 2023.

HUD determined there are concerns the Town may not meet the CDBG timely expenditure standard required in accordance with 24 CFR 570.902) by the date of its next timeliness test. HUD advised the Town should review the IDIS PR-59, PR-02, and PR-56 reports monthly to resolve open activities and to achieve compliance with the timeliness expenditure requirements.
