CDBG Program Year 2020 Consolidated End-of-Year Review

The U.S. Department of Housing & Urban Development (HUD) conducted the Program Year 2020 Consolidated End-of-Year Review for the Town of Hilton Head Island Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program. This review assesses the Town's administration of the CDBG program for the reporting period covering July 1, 2020, through June 30, 2021.

HUD determined the Town achieved an acceptable level of accomplishment to demonstrate it administered the CDBG program in accordance with Title I of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974, as amended; and the National Affordable Housing Act of 1990, as amended; and applicable laws and implementing regulations.
