Notice of Five (5) Day Public Comment Period

Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG) Substantial Amendment to 2020 - 2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan

Notice is hereby given the Town of Hilton Head Island proposes to amend its Community Development Block Grant 2020 -2024 Five Year Consolidated Plan. This substantial amendment proposes to add the third round of CDBG-CV funding allocation to program year 2020. The amended Consolidated Plan will be available for review and comment for five (5) days from Monday, September 28, 2020 through Friday, October 2, 2020. A copy of the amended Plan will be available for review via the Town of Hilton Head Island website at: www.hiltonheadislandsc.gov beginning September 28, 2020. Written comments on the amended Plan are encouraged and may be submitted via the website link, or email to marcyb@hiltonheadislandsc.gov or by mail to Marcy Benson, Senior Grants Administrator, Town of Hilton Head Island Community Development Department, 1 Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928. Comments will be accepted until October 2, 2020. Comments received and responses will be posted on the Town of Hilton Head Island website on Monday, October 5, 2020.
