Draft Bridge to Beach District

The Bridge-to-Beach District encompasses communities along Broad Creek just over the Cross Island bridge, areas bordered by the Wexford and Shipyard planned developments, and areas near Sea Pines Circle, Cordillo Parkway, and Point Comfort Road.

The Bridge to Beach District serves as the gateway to Hilton Head Island's south end, bridging the Island's north and south via the iconic Charles E. Fraser Bridge.
