The Town of Hilton Head Island is proud to announce the next step in the Northpoint workforce housing project.

The Town Manager will announce the Town's preferred development partner to design, develop, finance and manage a best-in-class workforce housing neighborhood at Northpoint.  Please join us at the Northpoint site to learn about project goals and next steps.
