The following timeline may be subject to change depending on external factors beyond the Town's control.

• Phase 1 - Port Royal (the Heel), Fish Haul and Pine Island
  • Contractor mobilizes in August 2025.
  • Weeks of August 13, 2025 thru September 12, 2025 - Fish Haul area
  • Weeks of September 18, 2025 thru October 15, 2025 - Pine Island
  • Weeks of October 20, 2025 thru December 17, 2025 - Port Royal (The Heel)
• Phase 2 - Central Island, South Island and South Beach
  • Weeks of December 17, 2025 thru March 15, 2026 - Central Island, including beach areas along Palmetto Dunes
  • Weeks of March 15, 2026 thru May 27, 2026 - South Island and South Beach areas .
• Phase 3 - Pine Island Breakwater Structures
  • Schedule to be determined
