Purpose and Intent

A Pre-Application Meeting is an opportunity for developers and property owners to discuss commercial development and redevelopment projects with staff prior to submitting a formal application. Both beginning and experienced developers benefit from the meetings.

The Community Development Department coordinates and facilitates a regularly scheduled Pre-Application Meeting affording potential applicants the opportunity to receive feedback on conceptual development proposals prior to final design and formal application submission.

Who Will Attend the Meeting?

  • Addressing
  • Building Codes &¬†Floodplain

The staff members who attend the meeting are the ones who will review the application when it is submitted.
