Volunteer as an Ambassador
for Our New Trolley Service

The Town of Hilton Head Island and Palmetto Breeze will soon launch their new trolley service, The Breeze, and are seeking volunteers to serve as ambassadors onboard the trolley. The trolley service begins July 16, 2018.

Trolley ambassadors will

  • Greet passengers.
  • Answer questions.
  • Share island tidbits.
  • Enjoy rides on the trolley.

Volunteer Requirements

  • Must attend training.
  • Willing to represent Hilton Head Island.
  • Be knowledgeable about the island.
  • Be able to stand or ride for extended periods of time.

Volunteer Commitment

Volunteers are needed for 2 1/2-hour shifts from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. during the first week of service - July 16 to July 22 - and for two-hour shifts from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays through Labor Day.
