Notice is hereby given that the Town of Hilton Head Island proposes to amend its CDBG 2015 - 2019 Consolidated Plan. This substantial amendment proposes to remove the Wiley Road paving activity from program year 2017 and move the Cobia Court paving activity from program year 2019 to program year 2017 and add Alice Perry Drive paving activity to program year 2019. The substantial amendment and associated Plan will be available for public review and comment for 30 days from Monday, January 23, 2017 through Wednesday February 22, 2017. A public hearing to obtain input on the substantial amendment will be held on February 16, 2017 at 6:00pm at the Hilton Head Island Town Hall, Benjamin M. Racusin Council Chambers, 1 Town Center Court, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. Copies of the amended Plan will be available for review at the hearing and Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm at the Town of Hilton Head Island Town Hall, or may be accessed via the Town of Hilton Head Island website at: http://www.hiltonheadislandsc.gov/ beginning January 23, 2017.
