Amended and Restated Development Agreement
An Amended and Restated Development Agreement for Shelter Cove Mall has been proposed between Shelter Cove Towne Centre, LLC, Shelter Cove II, LLC, and the Town of Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The property subject to the Agreement is that certain 41.92 acre tract known as The Mall at Shelter Cove (and most recently as Shelter Cove Towne Centre), located at Shelter Cove Lane, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, and further identified as Beaufort County Tax District R520 Map # 12B Parcel 26 and a 9.3 acre portion of Beaufort County Tax District R520Map #12C Parcel 2. The uses in the Agreement include Multifamily Residential, Community Park, and all Commercial Uses, except as limited by LMO Section 16-4-209 with the exception of liquor store and gas sales. The modifications proposed in the Agreement include, without limitation, providing for a redesigned Concept Plan increasing the number of Multifamily Residential Units from 210 to 240.
