Public Meeting to discuss the subdivision process as it relates to Native Island neighborhoods

The Town of Hilton Head Island's Land Management Ordinance (LMO) Rewrite Committee will hold two public meetings for the purpose of obtaining input from Hilton Head Island property owners regarding the subdivision of properties in Native Island neighborhoods, specifically issues related to the subdivision process such as access and infrastructure. The consultant for the LMO Rewrite project, Clarion Associates, will be in attendance at these meetings.

The meetings will be held in the Benjamin M. Racusin Council Chamber at Town Hall at 1 Town Center Court. The first meeting will begin at 8:30 a.m. on the morning of Wednesday, August 14, 2013. The second meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. on the evening of Wednesday, August 14, 2013.
