A new multi-use pathway along William Hilton Parkway Business (US 278) to provide a connection at the traffic signal at Queens Way in front of Hargray, continuing the on-island side of US 278 down King Neptune Drive and rehabilitation of the pre-existing pathway along Shelter Cove Lane (for approximately 1.2 miles of pathway).
Construct multi-use pathways along east bound US 278 Business, connecting to existing pathways at the Shelter Cove Town Centre (near Kroger’s gas station) and at the new traffic signal at Queens Way.
